Order Procedure Description
If there is a "Buy" button (for a certificate, coupon, etc.) on any page, after clicking it, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page, where you can choose your payment and delivery options.
There, you will need to check the boxes agreeing to our public offer and click the "Confirm" button, after which you will be redirected directly to the payment page (if necessary) or to information about your order.
Payment by Bank Card
Bank card payments are accepted through the "Stripe" online payment system (stripe.com).
Steps for Payment with a Bank Card:
- Formulate your order.
- Enter your contact details.
- Click the "Confirm" button (by doing so, you agree to our public offer and confirm that you have checked the entered information for any errors).
- To proceed with payment, click the "Pay" button.
- After being redirected to the secure page of the bank, enter your card number (16 digits), its expiration date, the cardholder's name (in Latin, as written on the card), and the unique three-digit security code.
- Enter your email address to receive a receipt, and specify your country or region.
- Click the "Pay" button.
- In case of successful completion of the operation, you will see a corresponding notification.
Secure Payment via Stripe
The secure server Stripe establishes an encrypted connection through the secure TLS protocol and confidentially processes the client's payment card data (card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 security code).
After completing payment with a bank card, it is essential to retain the receipt (payment confirmation) for reconciliation with the bank card statement to confirm the transactions in case of disputes.

In case of payment via bank card, refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made.
Delivery
If the product includes delivery (this will be specified when placing the order), once we receive the order details and payment, we will contact you to discuss the delivery timeframe and method. Delivery is usually paid for, except in some cases.
Upon agreement, your purchase will be delivered by courier, mail, or electronically (via email or SMS).
Refund and Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before payment. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after payment but before receiving the service, they should contact us by phone at +371 287 23286 or by email at info@extrareality.lv.
Refunds for payments made by bank card are processed back to the card used for payment.
When purchasing gift certificates, if for any reason we cannot provide the ordered service (e.g., the organizer ceases operations), it can be exchanged for another service of the same value.
