This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website www.extrareality.lv, may obtain about the User during the use of the website.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site” - the site https://extrareality.lv.
1.1.2. “Site Administration” - authorized site management employees acting on behalf on behalf of the Goescape Limited Liability Company, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.6. “Site User (hereinafter referred to as ‘User’)” - a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.7. “Cookies” - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the respective website.
1.1.8. “IP address” - a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 The User's use of the Site means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.

3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1 Processing of the User's personal data shall be carried out without time limit, by any lawful means, including in the information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2 The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Website.
5.3 The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the Republic of Latvia only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Latvia.
5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5 The Administration of the site takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.6 The site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User is obliged:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, except for the cases stipulated in clauses 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from the third party before the moment of its receipt by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before appealing to the court with a claim on disputes arising from the relations between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written offer of voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Latvia.
8.4 The current legislation of the Republic of Latvia shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1 The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
